Bevier Memorial Building

The Bevier Memorial Building is an Arts and Crafts-style structure originally built as a School of Art and Design. This Rochester landmark was recently redeveloped into a mixed-use, certified historic rehabilitation building, housing 15 luxury loft apartments and an innovative local marketing firm.

Overlooking historic Corn Hill and a just short walk from the Cascade District, the Four Corners and the Genesee River Trail, the Bevier Building provides residents with beautiful period architecture, as well as a convenient, central location with great accessibility to just about anywhere in the city.
