The Factory

Situated off University Avenue in the Neighborhood of the Arts, The Factory is a $4 million project consisting of nine market-rate loft apartments and 38,000 sq ft of neighborhood commercial space including the newly launched Nosh Restaurant, the relocated Stacy K Floral, NOVA Fitness, Paylocity (NASDAQ: PCTY), Truth Collective, Scratch Bakeshop, and additional tenants to be announced soon. A longterm family-owned project, The Factory was bought from the City of Rochester in 2005 at an environmental auction. It will be a popular destination in Rochester for years to come.
